I had an issue with the car I bought however, they supplied a courtesy car and did there best to fix it. However while the car wasn’t able to be fixed at the time they found a suitable replacement delivered that to me. I would definitely buy from Rockpoint again in future.

Normally I don’t bother writing reviews but I had to share my experience because I always read reviews before purchasing. I have had many experience of car dealerships before, most not great to be honest but I was extremely pleased with the experience we had with Rockpoint Cars of Distinction. They are a sort of family run, family focused business. They are super polite and give you all the time you need. After a few weeks of our purchase we needed more information and they always called when they said they would and customer satisfaction was always priority number one. They have integrity which might sound surprising to some of us when we think of car salesmen and at Rockpoint they always keep their word which is why I felt I had to write the review. They have left me with a very positive experience and when businesses are good and trustworthy, then they should be given a mention. They also gave us contact details of a great mechanic and car electrician who like them was also very polite and professional and did a great job on making extra keys and fitting a ghost alarm. It was a late afternoon on a Saturday, and Matt was already busy attending to other customers. Despite this, I was given the space to explore the car and take it for a test drive without feeling any pressure to make a purchase. The offer for my old car was fair, and any issues that needed attention were promptly addressed without hesitation. Even though we exceeded the closing time on a Saturday, Matt remained courteous and didn’t rush or push us to make a decision. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Rockpoint. Matt, in particular, deserves recognition for his outstanding service.

We recently purchased a van from rockpoint. From start to finish the service was amazing. From the initial phone call through to driving off the forecourt. Matt went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He worked overtime due to the time we viewed. The garage should have closed whilst we were there and not once did matt seem impatient and was quite happy to answer all our questions. A few small jobs needed doing on the van which were done (plus a couple of extras) in a very tight timescale due to the urgency that we needed a new van. We did not once feel pressured into the purchase which is quite common at other garages. I would highly recommend rockpoint for anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Purchased a car from here and had it delivered as I live about 90 miles away. Communication throughout the process was fantastic and delivery of the car was quick. Car was handed over in immaculate condition and had been cleaned very well.

I had a bit of an issue with the battery after a few days, however they had the issue sorted for me as quickly as humanly possible and gave brilliant customer support.

Absolutely wonderful company great cars Matt and James are so professional I bought a camper van and had a problem with it a week after purchase on telling rockpoint they asap told me to bring it back and they will fix it and for my trouble even gave me a courtesy car they fixed the problem very fast and made sure the van was 100% right before giving it back they are a excellent company with no pressure and there cars and vans are great quality and price Matt and James are great guys I will defo return to buy again please use this garage it’s great really it is cheers joe

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for some time but after just collecting my car from the garage where it has passed it’s MOT for the 2nd straight year without a hitch, I thought it was about time I gave credit where it’s due.

I purchased a Vauxhall Astra GTC from Rockpoint in February 2021, middle of the pandemic and at the time, something that seemed a little risky as travel was still restricted and the first time I’d ever bought a car without seeing it. I found the car online, spoke to James and within a week the car was delivered. After a short while I noticed some issues with the clutch, very intermittently and hard to diagnose. They collected the vehicle and the repair was carried out perfectly under the warranty.

Since then the car has been fantastic, I had to replace the battery as this was the original and other than replacing two tyres through wear and tear I’ve had no issues. As mentioned before I’ve just collected it from my local garage where it has again passed the MOT for the 2nd straight year since I’ve owned it.I do lot of miles commuting from Worcestershire to Bristol so the car definitely gets a lot of use.

James and his team were fantastic throughout with very clear communication both verbally and in email. Would highly recommend and would definitely buy from them again. A used car dealer you can trust … who knew?

Dealing with James and his team has been an absolute pleasure, the car they sold me was spot on and even better than described (bmw 6 series) Nothing was to much trouble for them and they sorted out a couple of minor concerns ready for me collecting the car. I travelled nearly 200 mile to collect the car but it was so worth it. Totally professional from beginning to end, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first rate used car.
A particularly nice touch was them providing me with a set of plates for my private number going on the car, great touch, and totally unexpected. Definitely getting my next car from them.

Bought a car from Rockpoint 3 weeks ago. Appreciated their soft sell approach. Had a problem with the reversing camera which i reported. They offered to book it in asap and gave a courtesy whilst it was being fixed. A new camera was fitted FOC. Got the car back freshly washed. Cannot fault the buying process and their aftersales service. Much better experience than i have had from many local dealers.

Purchase-transaction very laid back and non confrontational, no pressure from pleasant staff. Took the car for a test drive as long as I wished for. No pressure on return. Good barter for a part ex for my current car, again no pressure or silly buggers played. Decent price offered for mine. Decent barter for new car cost too. Richard was very easy to deal with. They also sorted out a flat battery issue for me FOC, which I was very happy about; fair play to them. Would I go back? Yes. Absolutely. Good dealer. (And I’ve had no issues with my purchased car since).
